Amprex ships Australia-wide using trusted courier partners. All shipping timeframes and handling periods vary depending on the specific product. Each product on amprex.com.au clearly states its estimated shipping time in the product description.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms below, as well as any product-specific timeframes shown on the product page.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times differ depending on stock levels and product type.
Some items ship from our Australian locations; others ship directly from our manufacturing partners.
Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Because Amprex supplies high-performance components with varying build and supply times, each product includes its own estimated shipping timeframe.
Shipping estimates are based on supplier lead times and courier schedules and may change due to factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

4. Delays & Extended Lead Times
Amprex is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier carriers
• Customs inspections
• Supplier manufacturing delays
• High-demand periods
• Weather events
• Incorrect address information provided at checkout
We will always work to minimise delays and keep you updated when possible.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers must ensure all shipping information is accurate.
Amprex is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of:
• The packaging
• The shipping label
• The product

Couriers may require further information before processing claims.
7. International Shipping
International shipping is not automatically enabled.
