Amprex Warranty & Returns Policy
Amprex stands behind the quality and performance of its e-moto components. Our warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects and material faults. Every claim is assessed individually, and all decisions regarding approval, repair, replacement, or timelines are made solely by Amprex Pty Ltd.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing or assembly defects.
All assessments and outcomes are determined by Amprex or our authorised manufacturing partners.
Warranty support may include:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Supply of parts only
Warranty Does Not Cover
Claims will be declined if damage or failure is caused by:
• Incorrect installation, wiring, setup, or modification
• Water ingress, corrosion, or exposure to excessive moisture
• Physical damage, impacts, crashes, or overheating
• Improper storage, charging, or general maintenance
• Use of incompatible parts, controllers, batteries, or non-approved chargers
• Normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect
• Competition, stunt riding, commercial use, or public-road use
Amprex reserves the right to refuse any claim where misuse, negligence, modification, or incorrect installation is evident.
Important Notes
• Proof of purchase, photos, and a detailed description of the fault are required for any warranty assessment.
• We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error.
• Compatibility, sizing, and fitment are the customer’s responsibility before purchase.
• To the extent permitted by Australian law, these terms apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing defect:

Please include:
• Order number
• Detailed fault description
• Photos and/or video showing the issue
We will review your claim and respond with next steps or return instructions.
